The current regulatory framework for building energy-efficiency upgrades is complex and ever-changing. The good news is there are a variety of federal, state & municipal incentives currently available.

The types of incentives available will vary based on building occupancy class. We provide a full report of applicable incentives and grant writing/application submission services. This page includes just a few that might be considered for your property.

Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program

PACE financing in New York is available through the Energy Improvement Corporation's Energize NY OPEN C-PACE Program (EIC).

Inflation Reduction Act -  Clean Energy Economy

There are a number of incentives available through the inflation reduction act, including tax incentives as well as grants and loans to commercial and residential buildings. The $4.2B Green Bond Act includes funding for green buildings, green roofs, community gardens and cool pavement projects.
